Nadia Nortje from the Electrotechnical unit at the dti and project manager for SAVANT is currently conducting research on Corporate Entrepreneurship and Knowledge Management within the ICT and Electronics (Electrotechnical) Sector.
Key themes in the survey will include:
- Measure the Innovative Climate in your job environment
- Measure Knowledge Creation and Sharing in your job environment
After the research is complete, a workshop will be conducted to all interested on the findings and recommendations. All data collected will be kept strictly confidential and if requested, a letter of non-disclosure can be forwarded to you.
The Format of the Survey:
- The survey is in Microsoft word with tick boxes.
- It should not take longer than 30 minutes to complete.
- After completion, just save, attach and send back to nnortje@thedti.gov.za
- The survey is running from 24 March – 15 May 2009
